If you are dropping off your records you can either place your order online and then ring to arrange drop off, or ring first to place your order and arrange drop off. It may be possible for us to clean your records while you wait for small quantities.(please ring for details)
Please note that larger volume orders we may be able to provide a discount, again ring for details.
If posting your records to us please make sure you pack them well in a parcel that can be used for its return journey to you and send them using a fully insured service.
We will return your records using a Royal Mail tracked service or Parcel Force or other courier for larger orders.
Your parcels will be insured, if your records are of a high value please let us know so we can insure accordingly. The buyer is responsible for any claim of damage or loss etc against the postal service used.
Ideally if you have a number of high value records we recommend dropping them off to us rather than posting.
Please also note the shopping cart on the website may not alway accurately calculate your postage and packing cost so there. At be occasions when you have either paid to much P&P or not enough in which case we would either refund the difference or request a further return postage payment.
For example our standard insurance covers up to £100, single albums with higher values we advise on giving us a ring so we can give you a return postage quote with insurance that covers your precious vinyl, we can adjust accordingly and give you a number of different postal options tailored to your specific needs.
